Ingredients:
4 - 8 inch Skewers of sugar cane
½ lb ground pork
½ lb ground veal
1 TBL butter
½ onions minced
1 clove garlic minced
1 tspn Salt
1 tspn Ground pepper
1 tspn thai red curry paste
1 tspn thai green curry paste
1 tspn thai yellow curry paste
1 tspn curry powder
1 TBL plain yogurt
1TBL soy
1 TBL Furikake
Procedures
1. Sweat onions and garlic till clear and soft add ginger and curry powder stir for 2 minutes and cool down
2. add pork and veal in a bowl and add all ingredients including the chilled onion mixture
3. Mix very well with spatula
4. form mixture around the sugar cane and shape with hand to smooth the shape
5. sauté on a Teflon pan all sided on a medium temperature till cooked
