Modern Kobe Beef Tar Tar with Fried Egg

Ingredients

6 oz. Trimmed American Kobe beef tenderloin
1 oz. minced red onion
1 oz. minced cornichon pickles
1 oz. chopped parsley
1 oz. chopped cappers
1 oz. Dijon mustard
1 oz. ketchup
1 oz. evoo
1 oz. Furikake (your preference)
Tabasco
Worcestershire
Salt
Pepper
1 large organic egg
1 medium mixing bowl (chilled)
Household meat grinder
French baguette

Procedures
1. Grind the beef on the large grinder attachment (your butcher can do this for you).
2. Add each ingredient to taste.
3. Cook the egg sunny side up.
4. Serve the tar tar on a chilled dish and place the egg on top.
5. Serve with toasted bread.
