GINGER SAUCE for Tofu, lettuce and vegetables

Ingredients:

3 WHOLE TOMATOES
2 ½ WHOLE LEMONS
2 CELERY STALKS
1 LARGE PEELED CARROT
1 # FRESH GINGER
3 CLOVES GARLIC
2 ½ CUPS SOY
2 ½ CUPS WHITE VIN
4 OUNCES SUGAR

Procedure:

Cut all ingredients in quarters, place in bowl and Marinate for 2 hours.
In a food processor and pulse the solid ingredients till fine. add liquid and stir well before serving
