Ingredients:
¾ cup chopped onions
1 cup peeled, chopped daikon radish
¾ cup grapeseed oil
10 Tbsp Rice wine vinager
10 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
1 stalk chopped celery
6 Tbsp soy sauce
4 tspn tomato paste
5 tspn lemon juice
5 tspn sugar
S&P to taste
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. for about 30 seconds or until all of
the ginger is well-pureed.
