Fast and Easy Shiitake mushroom Sauce

serves 6
Ingredients:
12 oz Mishima sliced shiitake in broth package (drained and keep the broth)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2cup chicken or vegetable broth
1clove minced Garlic
1 whole onion diced onion
4 Tablespoon unsalted butter
4 Tablespoon ap flour

Procedure:
Sweat the onions, garlic and the drained shiitake mushroom together until soft in butter, then sprinkle in the flour, cook the flour in for 5 min. stirring constantly on medium heat till thick and bubbling.
Add the broth, Wisk in slowly, bring up to a boil and reduce till thick and sauce consistency, about 5min, add salt and pepper
Pour over chicken, pork, tofu, beef or vegetables.
