Yuzu Infused Sake

Serves many
Ingredients:

• 1 ½ liter high quality sake in the bottle
• 4 whole yuzu limes (buy at Japanese food store)

grate the yuzu citrus and then squeeze all the juice out and mix with the rind add to the sake , Shake, and let sit room temperature for 4 days . Chill and drink very cold straight or on ice
