Ingredients:
4 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 oz pineapple juice
3 tbsp Coco Lopez cream of coconut
1 cup crushed ice
Crush your ice into a blender. Add the Malibu, pineapple juice, and coconut as above. Blend until smooth, pour into a Cored out pineapple, Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry and sprinkle coconut flakes and serve.
