Serves 2
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Shoju
• 1 juice of Lime
• 1.5 oz tequila white
• 12 Shiso Leafs
• 1 whole cucumber deseeded
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• splash sour mix
Mixing instructions:
Sprinkle the shiso leaves with the salt and gently massage till soft and wilted (15 min.)
Juice the cucumber and the shiso together and place in a shaker with ice, add lime juice, sour, shoju and tequila, shake and pour into martini glass and garnish with cucumber.
