PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

5 jars Peanut Butter (64 oz. each)
8 # Butter
3 # Eggs
7 # 8 oz. Sugar
7 # 8 oz. Brown Sugar
15 # All Purpose Flour
3 oz. Baking Soda
3 oz. Baking Powder
4 oz. Salt
2 oz. Vanilla

Method:

1. Crème butters and sugars
2. Add eggs, Baking soda, Baking powder, salt and vanilla
3. Add flours
4. Refrigerate for 3 hours
5. Portion with #4 scoop on parchment lined sheet pan
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
