Kobe Beef Chili

3 - pound ground Kobe beef
6 - medium onions, chopped
3 - cup green bell peppers, chopped
3 - can tomatoes (1 pound 12 ounces)
3 - can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
6 - teaspoons chili powder
1.5 - teaspoon salt
3/8 - teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/8 - teaspoon paprika
3- can kidney beans, drained (15-1/2 ounces)
• In a hot large skillet, add ground beef, onions, and green bell peppers. You want the meat brown and the onions and bell peppers tender. Drain the fat from the skillet.
• Now add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, cayenne and paprika. Bring ingredients to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 2 hours. You want to stir the recipe every once in a while. Now, add the beans. Cover and continue to cook 30 minutes to heat the beans.
