Juniper Infused Sake

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ liter high quality sake in the bottle
• 2oz fresh or dried juniper berries

Smash the berries with a hammer in between two layers of plastic to release the oils and flavor, add to the sake, Shake, and let sit room temperature for 4 days. Chill and drink very cold straight or on ice
