Serves 4 pieces
Ingredients:
2 oz Fresh Harley Farm Goats milk Cheese
2 whole Eggs Beaten
1 oz flour
2 oz panko ( Japanese Bread Crumbs)
2 oz Roasted Pecans
1 teaspoon Honey
4 oz Pecan oil
Procedure:
Divide the goat cheese into 4 pieces and shape to a ball, chill. Dust the goat cheese with flour and coat in the egg and then with Panko, chill again.
Deep fry the croquets till golden brown in a fryer and hold on a paper towel then S&P .
Sauce: In a blender Put the hot roasted pecans, honey and Pecan together and Purée very well add seasoning if needed.
Place sauce down on the plate and the croquettes on top and garnish with Chervil
