sweet Chili Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

10 pc Chicken Wings
2 oz Thai sweet Chili sauce
2 oz Honey
2 cloves Garlic Chopped fine
S&P to Taste
Procedure:

 Deep Fry the chicken wings in a fryer at 350o till the float on top of the oil 3- 4 min.
 In a hot Teflon pan or a wok add honey, garlic and chili miso sauce up to a boil
 Stir around till sauce gets thick, and garlic starts to turn brown
 Toss in chicken wings and completely coat the wings
 Add S&P to taste. Serve Hot
