Ingredients
Base:
1tsp. Old Bay
¼ tsp. celery seed`
2 TBSP Nori and Sesame Furikake
1 whole lemon juiced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup green onions
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup rice pearls (Puffs of Rice you can get in a Asian Super market)
1 whole egg
1 lb Jumbo lump crab meat picked and shelled
Procedures
1. toss the crab in the mayonnaise until completely covered
2. Mold and press gently into a ring
3. start sauté in a Teflon pan with the ring on
4. place the pan in a 450o oven for 5 min. turning the cake over once and the taking off the ring
Ginger Crème Fraîche:
2 tsp minced ginger
1 cup creme fraishe
½ lemon juiced
S&P
Procedures:
1. place all ingredients in a bowl and season with S&P to taste
2. whisk till thick
