Mango
Ingredients:

12oz Extra Soft Tofu
22 oz Fresh Ripe Mango
6 oz Sugar
1 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
½ Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice


Kiwi
Ingredients:

12oz Extra Soft Tofu 22oz Kiwi Peeled
12 oz Sugar


Raspberry
Ingredients:

12oz Extra Soft Tofu
22oz Raspberry
12 oz Sugar

Yogurt

Ingredients:

12oz Extra Soft Tofu
16 oz Yogurt Plain
8 oz Sugar
1 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
1 pc Vanilla Bean Scraped
½ Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

Chocolate
Ingredients:

8z dark chocolate
8oz sugar
12 oz Extra Soft Tofu
1 ½ cups soy milk
12oz Extra Soft Tofu Heat milk up with Sugar pour over chocolate and purée up with the tofu


Procedures:

Put all in a Blender , Purée till Smooth Freeze in a Ice Cream freezer and Freeze Till firm
Scoop and Serve


Cone Recipe

Ingredients:
½ lb 10 x Powder Sugar
4.7 oz AP flour
5 - 1/2 oz egg whites
5-1/2 oz melted Butter
pinch of lemon zest
Procedures:
In a Kitchen aid mixer , melt butter ,sift dry ingredients,
add butter and add egg whites same time Spread on a Sheet pan in a fan shape very Thin bake in a oven at 350o till golden brown. Roll it in a cone shape while warm and let cool
