Procedures
Take the seeds out of the umeboshi plums and place them in the dehydrator for 12 hours or until dry and brittle ( its best to do overnight ) let them cool down and pulse them in the coffee grinder and them sift them through the screen of the sifter . Place the dust in a air tight container and use on many recipes.
