Wasabi Shrimp

is the process of cooking on a hot stone . It is one of the purest and healthiest forms of cooking, it sears the outside while steaming the insides without adding any outside flavor except its own . Ishi : means Stone Yaki : means Grill

Ingredients:

6 pieces of 16-20-shrimp tail on peeled and devained
1 tsp Wasabi oil (These items are available at any Asian super market )
1Tbsn Wasabi Furikaki ( Mishima brand ) (These items are available at any Asian super market )
3 - 6 inch bamboo skewers
1 - 4 lb river rock smooth and clean and heated in a 550o oven for 2 hours

Chuka Dressing:

2 Tbsn Grape seed oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsn soy
1tsp sesame seeds

• whisk together

preparation:
Skewer the shrimps in two's and toss together the oil and the furikake and place on the hot rock once you turn you pour on the shrimp and the rock the chukka dressing total cooking time 5 minutes more or less according to doneness
