Black Bean Hummus dressing for Tofu, salad or vegetables

serves 12

Ingredients:

1/2 c Sesame Seed Paste --(tahini) 1cup c Water
1/4 c Olive Oil
10 Tbsp Lemon Juice
4 Cloves Garlic -- peeled
12 oz blk bean from can
1/2 tspn Ground Cumin
1 t Coriander Seeds
S&P to taste

Procedure:

Place in blender and blend for 10 seconds. Keep in refrigerator for storage
