Buckwheat Pasta

Ingredients:

8oz Buckwheat flour
8oz all purpose flour
1 TSP olive oil
4 oz cold water
4 oz egg yolk

Procedure:
1. Sift the buckwheat and AP flour together.
2. add to the food processor
3. add all ingredients all at once
4. pulse till dough comes together
5. Take out of bowl and knead on table for 10 min.
6. cover with wet towel and roll out to a 1/8 of a inch
7. flour generously and fold over till small enough to cut
8. cut to ΒΌ inch strips and fluff up so no sticking occurs
9. you can boil fresh or let dry
